WARNING AND WAIVER

Skateboarding , in-line skating and biking can be risky. When skateboarders (inline skaters, bikers) lose their balance they can fall, sometimes hard. This may cause an injury. Another skater(inline skaters, bikers) or their skateboard or bike can also possibly strike you.

I agree to wear a helmet (if under age18) and understand that elbow and knee pads (with plastic caps) may reduce my risk of injury while skateboarding, inline skating or biking on the property of the K-ZOO SKATE ZOO.

I agree to obey all the rules and regulations of the K-ZOO SKATE ZOO and I understand my membership will be taken away if I do not follow these rules.

I have read and understood this warning and waiver and agree to assume all the risks of personal injuries to me (or my child if signing on behalf of my child). I hereby waive all liability claims against the K-ZOO SKATE ZOO, Its owners and employees for any injuries, ailments or other damages my child (or myself)
